Add info to interact w things multiple times

Oh btw I think the one major thing that needs a tweak rn is just that without you telling me to keep checking things I wouldn't have. Is there a way to make it clear to the player you can keep interacting with things?

Added info to do so out of character / in debug testing dialogue. Temporarily fixed, but still an issue in the grand scheme of things.
