Add a tag/release

Would be nice to have a tag/release here to indicate what we should use and a version that gives us some context relative to previous releases.

I created a new release with a tag. You can find the latest version at https://github.com/tronkko/dirent/releases

Thanks for the suggestion! Will use tags in the future.
