Feature Request: TOTP w/ custom period

As described in https://github.com/google/google-authenticator/wiki/Key-Uri-Format,
TOTP has period field which the authenticator of my company uses. Please implement it with the otpauth uri.
Other optional fields such as digits may also be needed.
Currently the otpauth implementation in Bitwarden is correct for my usage.
