[DP0003] Missing docs in link

Problem/Concern

• There are two links in this deliverable that lead to '404 mistake'. One link is 'dependent identity', second one 'independent identity'. Links are pointing into non-existent folder 'DP0003-laws-of-identity'. Most likely the mistake is in the relative path assigning.

Change the link to files in the original MarkDown file.
