Clarify SSL/TLS common name

We should go over mentions of the SSL/TLS common name and think about what we want to require there.

For example this part: https://github.com/dhh1128/did-method-webs/blob/9c540269e87bcf47a2189bed2df5daa1973cd9ca/spec/diddocs.md?plain=1#L91

But the common name should probably only be the domain-name part of the method specific identifier, not the entire method specific identifier.

This is taken from the did:web spec.
