Android WebView Problem + Arabic Language problem

i am making an android app to show the store
i load the the store address inside a webview but the website not shown properly
and also the menu not showing in the app or if i tried to load the website using the chrome browser (in the mobile)
another problem is the theme not support arabic very well (in arabic layout must be RTL)
