It refers to including samples for Blazor, when none are included.

Looks like it was there: 610b862
It was removed by MikeYeager2, but I wasn't able to determine if this got moved elsewhere, or it's no longer supported. I couldn't tell if there was a PR associated with that change explaining the reason why.
I guess we can assume it's no longer supported. Even the https://github.com/tryphotino/photino.Blazor repository refers to samples in this repository that no longer exist.

The samples have been moved and updated and are now contained directly in the Photino.Blazor repo. They are no longer in the Photino.Samples repo. The docs have been updated in debug and will flow into master with the next set of changes.
