Create folder in home directory for npm global installs

Installed the snap, but faced some issues when installing globally.
nwjs/npm-installer#73
sass/node-sass#1098
It's better to set up a npm global folder in my home directory as specified here: https://docs.npmjs.com/resolving-eacces-permissions-errors-when-installing-packages-globally
