Icons not correctly positioned for Retina display

Hi,

Since version 4.2 ckeditor supports retina displays. Problem is that when using the latest gem version of ckeditor-rails (4.2.2), position of icons is wrong:

When using a normal display they are fine. It's only with hidpi resolutions that they are wrong.

I got the same issues, only happens in Chrome and only if the zoom level is anything other than normal.
