Incorrect versions below perl-63, and missing the multiple versions for later OS versions

I've redone this work by brute force in briandfoy/mac-perl-versions so I can get the point versions and the multiple perl versions in later releases.

It also looks like you are looking in the wrong places for Apple's perl under 63. On StackOverflow, people report versions other than those you list here, and Barry Walsh lists different versions too (which my results match).

Thanks for the report, Brian. I'm going to archive this repo, as I'm not maintaining it anymore since I no longer use a Mac for development at work and also no longer use Perl as much as I used to (though nevertheless, it's still near and dear to me). I'll leave this issue here in case others come across it.
