Describe the bug
When importing to_time_series_dataset from tslearn.utils , an error occurs: "DLL load failed: %1 is not a valid Win32 application. "
To Reproduce
from tslearn.utils import to_time_series_dataset
Environment (please complete the following information):
- Windows 10 x64
- TsLearn 0.5.2
