How can I run this thing on Windows?

Hello there
I successfully downloaded it by go get as it mentioned in readme.md, but how can I run it now from cmd or VS Code terminal?
I don't know, go. And does anybody know where it stores lib binaries on Windows? Cause maybe I need to put it to PATH var

Problem solved by adding in PATH C:\Users\<username>\go\bin
