Sorry for the simple issue. It showed up when I put the site url inside the link bar. Wasn't sure is it because of the invalid site link or the other problem. The picture is the ss of my GoodbyeDPI.
Note: the supported site url list is dead.

As a temporary(?) workaround, use the internet archive to view the latest snapshot of that page:
