Automate driver installation

Installing the drivers is a bit tedious at the moment. The controlling
user-mode library (see issue 9) should automatically install/update the driver
if necessary.

Created an installer that can handle fresh installs and updates.
We might add automated download of WDF files...

The installer creates the bus device if necessary and updates or installs the
bus and function driver.
