pprepair does not exit IOWorker::tagStack while loop

Hi,

first, thank you for making this nice work available here!

I found that pprepair does not exit IOWorker::tagStack while loop when trying to fix a self-intersection for the attached input shp. I tried with exact and inexact construction kernel, i.e. commented line 26 in definitions/CGALDefinitions.h (#define EXACT_CONSTRUCTIONS).

Any ideas why?
