i done all the steps and it doesen't work .used the debug app you mentioned. I will share the result:

can you find the problem?

You get past D3D12 Init - so this is very likely not related to the fix.

Do you have any idea what that "OverCloc" process is that seems to be attaching to the Elden Ring main process ?
-> If this is a overclocking tool please disable it and try again.

I Know a little about overclocking but i cant relate that to the game lunching process.
i have a frame view app on my pc i will try to disable it and run the game again if it didn't work i would share my debug again.
