no d3d12core.dll in windows/system32

I followed the entire steps, omitting the file, and it still didn't quite work. What can I possibly do?

D3d12core.dll ist not necessary If not part of your Windows folder (its part of a not-so-recent Windows 10 Update). Can you please provide more details? Which Graphics card are you using ?
