Support for Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500

Hi I just installed elden ring on my system, unfortunately I'm facing the WSOD on start up. I've done alot of research today on fixing the issue and I'm pretty sure at this point it's a graphics card issue. I'm using a relatively low end system but I wanna know if theres any hope before I refund. I've tried all of the regular options like clearing temp files, renaming elden ring and the anticheat and pasting those files and stuff.

Hi,
unfortunatedly we've never got any success reports from Intel Graphics users, so I wouldn't get my hopes up.
Can you post the debugview output when you try to start the game ?
