Review Omeka Passthrough Setup on Gamma

Adding Issue to put on schedule to review the Omeka Passthrough instance on Gamma to ensure plugin is up to date. Functionality once broke when College of Physicians updated it's OAI Harvesting support plugin, so we need to be aware.
