Releases to Package Managers

Once the releases are working nicely, it would be nice to push these releases to popular package managers. An initial list of candidates:
- AUR (Arch Linux, node-wot is already there)
- Snapcraft (General purpose linux)
- Chocolatey for Windows
- Homebrew for MacOS
