[BUG] H5P Editor does not work sometimes until one reloads the page

Describe the bug:

On unusual occasions the integrated H5P editor displays Error, unable to load libraries. message after loading. The editor works as expected after refreshing the page

Expected Behavior

The integrated H5P editor should load without any issue when the libraries are available.

Current Behavior

Issue Lumieducation/H5P-Nodejs-library#1296

Steps to reproduce

• Login as a content creator/teacher
• Play content that utilizes the standalone H5P player
• Try creating new H5P content without reloading the whole page
