Currently, only platform strings are translatable, but user-uploaded content is not translatable.
Describe the solution you'd like
As a teacher, I'd like to upload translations of my content eg. title & description, subtitles, quiz questions etc.
Tasks
- Content creator can upload transcripts in the Create H5P section in the teach page
- Users can view transcripts in single chapter page

If you're working on this issue, try searching for an online service / ember addon that can translate text from users.
