Weekly/Monthly achievement breakdown

As a user, I would like to receive a weekly/monthly breakdown of my activity, to keep track of my progress. This would look similar to the weekly Duolingo email that gets sent to users weekly. The email can have some statistics like chapters watched, created, badges/points earned etc.
