Hi!

I needed to reference Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.UI.Internal.dll, I wonder if you had/could create a package for that?
(even though it doesn't seem to be a part of the SDK)

I recently encountered a similar situation with Microsoft.VisualStudio.Language.NavigateTo.Implementation.dll. At this time, I'm not comfortable including implementation assemblies with the VSSDK package releases.
