  • minimally illustrate material entities and processes
    • create classes and slots in the schema
    • create valid and invalid data instances
  • generate visualizations. first: merge owl ttl schema and rdf ttl data with robot
    • obographviz/runoak viz?
    • linkml-render?
    • Ontotext GraphDB seems most promising for now
  • efficiently pull (soil metagenome sequencing) products and all associated sample info from neon
