Moodle Quiz - Unable to view Turnitin similarity in Moodle Quiz essay Question type

I created a quiz in Moodle by enabling Turnitin to YES via Turnitin Plagiarism Plugin setting within the Moodle QUIZ. Added essay type question into the quiz.

After students clicked Submit and Finished , it shows Turnitin Status Queued. I try Refresh Submission few times via the quiz settings but not able to view the similarity report. This Moodle Quiz is my second quiz. The first Quiz I had similar issue, waited more that a week and not able to view the similarity report, therefore I create another and experience the same problem.

Hi @vanie76 have you tried running the cron to send the files to Turnitin? It can be found in Site Admin -> Server -> Schedule Task -> Send Queued Files from the Turnitin Plagiarism Plugin

Otherwise you can Schedule this task to run every so often automatically.
