Similarity reports not viewable from the Forum grading interface

The similarity report initialisation JavaScript is never invoked at page-load time on the Moodle 3.8+ forum discussion list page, so when a teacher opens the grading interface via the 'Grade users' button, none of the similarity scores can be clicked to open reports from that interface.

I can confirm this same behavior in Moodle 3.10 and Moodle 3.11, using plugin ver 3.5+ (2021091501)
