Add release tags, changelog, contributing guide, roadmap

Now that the project is in production I encourage you to add release tags and maintain a changelog. Further, it is good practice to add a contribution statement. Last but not least a roadmap to outline what comes next would be awesome.

I added some release tags (and will continue doing this). The changelog should be assembled automatically with the detailed description of the tags.

Nice. It would also be helpful if you could display the version of the deployed code on the actual website. This will make it easier to backtrace errors in the particular version of the source code.
