Pip installation error - Could not build wheels

When I try to install with pip in my conda env using:

pip install libsql-experimental

I get the bellow error:

ERROR: Could not build wheels for libsql-experimental, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects

Found the same problem also here

Windows was the problem, on WSL env works fine
