PHP Docs are incorrect/buggy

While trying https://docs.turso.tech/sdk/php/quickstart, I tried to open an issue on https://github.com/tursodatabase/turso-docs/ and it asked me to create a discord account, which I don't want to do.

When I try to create the table, I get the following

May I have a link to a library that works? I've tried https://github.com/tursodatabase/turso-client-php, I've discovered a bug there, I've opened an issue.

What do I use to use turso in php?
