windows: turso auth api-tokens mint

how do i call turso auth api-tokens mint from a windows laptop?

to use turso cli,
if i use windows,
use wsl,
must be headless,
export web-browser auth headless token env var,
i can't use turso auth with exported env var,
if i can't use turso auth.

i'm at the point where I think i might have to make my own little go app that takes an api token and provides list/mint/revoke. i'll basically need one anyways to recycle tokens but was surprised by this stumbling block.

i guess i can go spin up an ubuntu|fedora|nixos vm too?
