Invalid username/password due to rate limit on mojang account

mineflayer seems to cause a huge stink about this, like in #11. We should try again in a reasonable amount of time, and keep trying up to N times (or infinite?). Add some logic to detect whether or not the credentials need updating vs the bridge just being rate limited, possibly.
