Android Client cannot save attached file or image

I use Turtl for sharing files between 2 mobile devices (Android 9 on phone, Android 7 on tablet) and my Linux desktop. I'm not running my own Turtl server.

I can add a file or image to my Turtl space using either Android. But I cannot save that file to the other Android. Only place I can save the file/image outside of Turtl is on Linux using the Linux desktop client.

Ideas?
