No 'Druplicon' icon on the toolbar

On Netbeans 7.1 on OS X Lion. Creating a Drupal module/theme still works, but I can't find any way to insert hooks.

If you're using version 2+ then the icon was removed. You need to go to Window->Drupal->Drupal API. That will open a docking window down where the explorer is (bottom right by default). That's the tree of hooks where you can insert them, etc.
