Include drush-relevant folders

Hi Jamie.

I was thinking, that it would be a nice feature, if it was possible to include the path to the local .drush-folder (for include of drush aliases and custum drush-commands). - Furthermore, it could be nice, if it was possible to include the local .bashrc og whatever file one has make there aliases for long drush commands like make and site-install.

Just a thought.
