Unable to connect when access code verification enabled

Hi there,
After the update from 14.0.4 to 14.0.5, I'm stucked on login page due to verification code fail to validate.
Probably an issue from Dolibarr itself ...

Closed my browser and relaunch it and issue fixed ...
