Treatlife DS03 Only creates a single entity that doesn't actually work

Describe the bug

When adding a TreatLife DS03 fan and Light combo switch, only a single entity for the fan is created. It doesn't actually work properly, but it's created. The light entity is not created. Everything is working perfectly in the smartlife app and I can also make it work manually in the Tuya local integration.

Expected behavior

I'd expect three entities to be created. One for the overall switch, one for the fan and one for the light. I'd expect the light to have on/off, dim, etc, and the fan on/off and speed control.
