Looks like its all for coders. No binaries? Seems it would be useful but not able to build it

This code is intended for use by scanner vendors to make it easier for them to create a WHQL compliant WIA driver based upon their TWAIN driver. Since WHQL is part of the development process this isn't code that's of any use to application writers or end users.
