Tutorial Nix shell must be nested within the root Nix shell

Describe the bug
The current funflow-tutorial/shell.nix does not work by itself and requires first entering the top level Nix shell and THEN enter this Nix shell.
To Reproduce
cd funflow-tutorial && nix-shell@GuillaumeDesforges has confirmed he has the same problem.
