New Highlight: Arrow

Add an highlight type that shows an arrow above the symbols (would be better for b/w printing)

maybe a more general approach would be nice:

\metrics[2={text highlight=<text>}]{…}{…}

where the argument of text highlight is optional an preset to $\downarrow$ for example. The default could be change with an option like default-highlight-text=<text>.

Implement this as label for the syllable node. Maybe in that case even {text highlight=<anchor|angle>:<text>} could work.
