bigrat.mdl die1 animation is incorrectly set to loop

The rat dying animation loops because the animation itself is set to loop.

The animation also returns back to the idle position instead of leaving the rat lying dead.

This animation and the jump animation have been updated to not loop and no longer include the first frame as the last frame, allowing the animations to play correctly.
