There's a bug with this that causes the player to uncontrollably switch to a weapon for no reason.
Cause: Unknown.

Make sure you're including delta.lst in your mod.
Why? A previous mod I was making worked perfectly fine without a custom delta.lst, so I don't know why this issue is happening.
A recent change made it so that weapon change commands were handled by user commands sent to the server which required changes to be made to delta.lst. This change was reverted yesterday so it shouldn't cause problems anymore, but delta.lst is required regardless. The default one included with Half-Life is buggy so you'll need to include the one that HL Updated provides either way.
The weapon selection changes were reverted so this shouldn't happen anymore.
