Unable to update CLI and run some commands

Issue Summary

I set up originally the Twilio CLI in Bash on MacOS Ventura, the most recent version with my M2 Mac. After noticing that the serverless plugin was not working, I switched to ZSH for my terminal in my attempt to fix, and now multiple commands do not work, even with no plugins installed (I removed the plugin)

twilio profiles returns blank
twilio plugins returns blank
