Stuck forever on "deploying app"

Describe the bug
Made all steps, and all seem fine but stuck on deploying. How to fix it, or is there a way to find some logs?

I have Mac M1, but made a workaround from another thread.

I was able to deploy the app just after at third try. The first two were with infinite "deploying" for at least half an hour
