Simple Bip S Lite watchface

Hi,
Here is a simplified version of the 03-WF-Bip_S-WF1 watchface. There is no original work here as I simply unpacked the original watchface (with AmazfitBipS_Tools_alpha_230420), edited the xml and png files by trial-and-error I'm afraid, and repacked it.
The watchface files could probably be cleaned up further to reduce their size.
