SSH server generates a 1024-bit RSA host key

1024 is way too small for modern use. This should be upgraded to at least 2048, and I think there's no reason not to go straight to 4096. There should also probably be a better way for an admin to replace the host key, since any existing Mantissa deployments will still have a crummy 1024-bit key.
