Add support for triggering a raid event

There is not currently support to trigger a channel.raid event. Looking to be able to trigger a raid event from a specific user id with x number of viewers.

Sorry. It looks like it is supported. I was looking at the message when you run twitch event trigger and it's not listed in the Supported section.
