Latest Version of Pelikan on Crates.io

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am evaluating using Pelikan for one of my project. The build system I am using(company specific) is only allowed to fetch the rust libraries from crates.io. While I see that Pelikan is available on crates.io, I saw that only 0.0.0 version is available which has dummy code in it.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like Pelikan team to release the latest version of the code on crates.io so that I can start writing code using Pelikan.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Tried forking the code, but we are not allowed to do that in our organization.
