The documentation currently refers to apps.twitter.com and should clearly explain the new process for accessing the Twitter APIs
Expected behavior
Immediately understand the base requirements for creating a developer account and accessing the Twitter APIs
Actual behavior
Currently, the README directs users to apps.twitter.com, which is deprecated
