add npte on page 1 but see on page 2

I open page 1 - create note 111
open page 2- create 222
open 3- create 333

After some time I open page 2- but see notes 1,2,3 !!

and I see it when open a few pages at once time (open next until prev wasn't completely loaded)

can you fix it - or how to open pageі for not load wrong notes.
Also I think sometime I really need to open a few page simultaneously

  the same notes -1 2 3 in first pages
  but Sometime i see note, some times don't see.
  And after load all pages - i see 3 wrong notes on all pages which really don't have any note!
